Look closely at this and other photos of the signage for new Exit 40. There are two greenout panels. The one on the upper right probably says "NORTH" and will await a US 35 shield to the left. The one below "Scott Depot" and the mileage is probably for Point (or Pt.) Pleasant, as will become apparent by the size and shape of the greenouts visible in subsequent photos.
