These photos are from my trip to the 2009 New York State road meet held Saturday, Oct. 3 in Highland, Poughkeepsie and Newburgh, NY. These photos are from Day 1 of the trip, covering Kentucky, West Virginia, Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania. Thumbnails for the 523 photos span five pages. This set of pictures starts off on KY 2 in Olive Hill, Ky., approaching US 60.

The guide signs along this section of the WV Turnpike were replaced a few years ago. Many of the old signs featured some unusual fonts.








































I still have never seen these backlit signs in the dark.
