"No services" is right. This exit leads to a PennDOT maintenance facility. Mile Run Road continues as a gravel state forest road across the mountain to Lycoming County. I used this route to visit Lycoming County, and if I didn't have a 4WD truck, I probably wouldn't have made it. The road is not maintained in winter and it only had two or three tire tracks in the snow.
